The LPN will assist providers with patient intake, clinical examinations, and medication administration while maintaining accurate medical records. They are also responsible for managing clinic supplies, performing phlebotomy, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted LPN license in Indiana and possess phlebotomy skills. An associate degree or relevant certification is required, along with proficiency in EMR systems and BLS certification.
