• Summary: This position will provide and administer physical therapy to patients and residents in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Best of all, our program is an in-house therapy program, so you don't have to worry about jumping company to company or crazy productivity levels. • Compensation:
• $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, dependent on experience

• Must uphold the professional, legal and ethical standards of practice for occupational therapy as defined by the AOTA and State Practice Act
• Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality services and/or outcomes required to meet or exceed the expectations of those utilizing or impacted by the rehab dept
• Performs initial patient examination, evaluation, interpretation of referrals, and creates the initial plan of care for each patient and revises as appropriate
• Creates and maintains a patient record for each patient treatment
• Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
