The nurse will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for elderly and chronically ill residents while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing specialized nursing procedures, and documenting resident health status accurately.
Candidates must hold a current LPN or RN license and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Completion of an accredited nursing program is required, with preference given to those with experience in long-term care settings.
