Administer routine medications to residents in accordance with state regulations. Provide personal care, assistance, and supervision while working under the direction of nursing staff.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification. Strong communication skills and a compassionate understanding of the aging process are required.
