The Program Aide supports adult participants with daily care needs, meal service, and structured activities. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment while ensuring compliance with individual care plans and agency policies.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and physically capable of caring for program participants. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, as is previous experience working with individuals who have disabilities.
The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a human services agency that is seeking a Program Aide for our Life Time Adult Day Program in Lemoyne. The Program Aide supports adult participants with daily care needs, meal service, and structured activities. This position helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while ensuring compliance with individual care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures Work Schedule: This is a part time 20 hours/week position. Monday- Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm Compensation: Part-time position starting pay is $13.18 per hour.
