Responsibilities

As a Hospice Registered Nurse You will: Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients Create hospice care plans that align with the patient's wishes and goals Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions Provide pain and symptom management Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order About our Line of Business Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need. Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state license and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and an insured vehicle are required for travel within the coverage area.
