The professional will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, perform physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans for internal medicine patients. They will also collaborate with a healthcare team to manage chronic conditions, provide immunizations, and educate patients on health management.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license and possess experience in internal medicine or a related specialty. An associate degree is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, alongside strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license Associate degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in internal medicine or a related specialty Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Patient Population: Ages 18+, specializing in geriatric care
Routine physical exams and health screenings, sick visits, treatment and management of chronic conditions, same-day appointments, immunizations, and medication prescriptions and refills
Must be board-certified
