The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform patient triage, collect lab samples, and maintain accurate data in the Electronic Health Records system. They will also coordinate with the front-desk team and provide support to the Family Nurse Practitioner.
Candidates must have an active LPN license and a phlebotomy certification with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ability to commute to or relocate to Greenville is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities: · Triage patients with care and confidence
· Collect lab samples
· Enter data accurately into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
· Coordinate with our front-desk team to keep things flowing
· Support our Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as needed
The ideal candidate will have: · 2+ years of RN experience
· Active RN license (required)
· BLS certification (preferred)
Ability to commute to and/or relocate to Greenville.
