Foot Care NP - PT - Jackson, TN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Foot Care to residents in long-term care facilities
• Continuously monitor and assess patients’ foot health
• Educate patients and facility staff on effective foot care best practices
• Travel to designated nursing homes in your area
• Communicate regularly with key facility staff, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Maintain flexibility while seeing patients during weekday working hours

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foot care
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment of foot conditions
• Independent, organized, and motivated to provide exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
