The Pharmacy Technician assists in the preparation, dispensing, and delivery of medication orders under the supervision of a pharmacist. They are also responsible for performing sterile and non-sterile compounding, maintaining pharmacy inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician. Professional certification (CPhT) and state-specific registration are required.
