$50 - $55 / HOUR
Provide direct patient care by assessing medical conditions and functional limitations to implement goal-oriented treatment programs. Collaborate with healthcare disciplines to document progress and educate patients and families on rehabilitation methods.
Candidates must hold a valid license and registration, with a preference for experience in geriatric or long-term care. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform patient transfers is required, along with passing a criminal background check.
