Market context

Behavioral health roles in Iowa remain competitive

Behavioral-health positions in Iowa are often driven by ongoing demand for psychiatric and mental health services across outpatient, inpatient, and community settings. These roles are competitive because employers typically look for advanced practice credentials, current licensure, and certifications such as DEA, BLS, and ACLS; this posting also includes benefits like medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a sign-on bonus. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your PMHNP certification and Iowa license before applying.
