Summary

Administers speech and language evaluations, tests or examinations to diagnose and plan treatments for clients/patients/residents with various speech problems and swallowing disorders. Assesses clients/patients/residents with various speech, language, cognitive or swallowing problems and develops individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.

Requirements

Candidates must hold the appropriate education level and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA is preferred, and Basic Life Support certification is required within 60 days of hire.
