The RN is responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans of care based on resident assessments and diagnoses. They also manage medication administration and provide essential education to residents, families, and caregivers.
Candidates must hold a current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing. Strong communication, organizational, and English language proficiency skills are required.
Overview The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning and implementation of therapy interventions.
Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
Qualifications Required Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, in good standing. Master’s degree. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly
