Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents to improve function and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and provide support to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license and a COTA credential. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
