Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. To this day, Jacobi and NCB remain respected leaders in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care, pediatrics, primary care, and women’s health. • Opportunity
• Details: Attend high risk deliveries in collaboration with Attending Neonatologists. Evaluate and treat newborns in the well baby nursery in collaboration with Attending Neonatologists. Participate in neonatal simulation activities. Ordering diagnostic tests based on assessments. Developing treatment plans. Prescribing necessary medications and other therapies. Counseling patients and families regarding care. Qualifications Current New York State registration as a Physician Assistant Current certification issued by the
