The phlebotomy service representative is responsible for performing venipuncture procedures on patients of all age groups while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards. They must work collaboratively within the team to ensure efficient patient flow and professional service delivery.
Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of various venipuncture techniques and the ability to manage high patient volumes. Proficiency in basic computer use and the physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 40 lbs are required.
