The advanced nurse practitioner will provide primary care services, including conducting physical exams, ordering lab tests, and prescribing medications in a clinic setting. Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America)
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm; Saturday 8am to 12pm
The advanced nurse practitioner will provide medical services in a primary care clinic in collaboration with family medicine or internal medicine physicians. The nurse practitioner will provide general and preventative care, conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication for children and adults.;;The nurse practitioner will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care, frequently advising patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or providing case management.;
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited APRN training program. 2. Current Ohio RN and APRN licensure 3. Must have a current certificate of authority and certificate to prescribe (or eligible) by the Ohio Board of Nursing. 4. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience preferred. 5.

Certifications: BLS to be obtained within 6 months of hire. ACLS or PALS may be required based upon practice setting.
