$25 - $34 / HOUR
Provide home and community-based rehabilitative services to children with emotional and mental health challenges. Collaborate with families to identify treatment goals and ensure the provision of services according to the treatment plan.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience or a Master's degree with one year of experience in a related human services field. A valid New York State driver's license is mandatory for the travel requirements of the role.
