The employed Healthcare Provider by the Hospital is expected to provide high quality inpatient services to our patient population. The person in this role should aggressively pursue opportunities to improve patient care through appropriate resource utilization. The should be actively involved in the Hospital's performance improvement program and medical staff committees. Employed Healthcare Providers should also be dedicated to assisting the Hospital meet it's stated strategic goals and objectives and act in accordance with Hospital's mission, vision, and values.
