How you’ll make an impact in this role Clinical Execution & Physician Partnership: Drive clinical excellence by accurately executing complex medical orders and treatment strategies, acting as a high-level partner to physicians in delivering expert, patient-centered care. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serve as the central communication hub for the interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless collaboration and the delivery of holistic, well-integrated care journeys. Patient Advocacy & Health Monitoring: Advocate for optimal outcomes by proactively tracking health trends and documenting progress, ensuring the medical team has the insights needed for timely, life-changing interventions. Discharge & Transition Leadership: Lead comprehensive transition planning to empower patients and their families, providing the education and tools necessary for a confident and successful recovery at home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required
• Credential(s): Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
