We are seeking a Part Time (20-30 hours, 2-3 days per week) provider for our Village Green of Bristol Center located in Bristol, CT. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grads are welcome to apply.
The base salary range for this position is $54 - $50 / hour, plus our no-cap incentive compensation productivity bonus.
We are also offering a five-thousand-dollar sign-on bonus!

Candidates must be graduates from accredited nursing or physician assistant programs and hold the necessary certifications and licenses. A minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
