The Program Aide is responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities with daily physical care needs and implementing personalized service plans. They also participate in community outings and activities while ensuring the well-being of the individuals served.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier. The role requires the physical ability to be on feet all day and perform lifting and care tasks as needed.
