• Salary: Approximately 4–6 clinical hours per day through a combination of individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and/or intakes. Additional payment is provided for additional clinical services in a given day. Therapists are supported by administrative staff, billing services, intake coordination, and malpractice coverage, allowing them to focus on clinical care while maintaining a sustainable schedule. 📌 What You Need to Succeed Maryland Licensure (Required)

LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C Experience working with diverse populations Strong clinical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation for community-based visits (if applicable)
