The Direct Support Professional assists individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes with daily living activities and medical needs. They also facilitate community engagement and maintain accurate documentation of care and incidents.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Previous experience in group homes or direct support, along with First Aid/CPR certification, is preferred.
