The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide in-home, community-based therapy services to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. They are responsible for creating customized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve client quality of life.
Candidates must hold a current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License. A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient or home health setting is preferred.
