We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sub-acute care, experience with admissions, and excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and their families.
This role is vital in ensuring the highest standard of care and support for our senior community.
Sub-Acute
Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with sub-acute conditions, including post-operative care, wound management, and other specialized nursing needs.
Admissions: Manage and coordinate the admissions process, including assessments, documentation, and communication with potential residents and their families.
Family
Communication: Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure clear and compassionate communication regarding care plans, health updates, and any other concerns.
Medication
Management: Administer medications, monitor side effects, and ensure compliance with prescribed treatments.
Team
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and aides, to provide comprehensive care.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and thorough documentation.
