• Volume: 1 patient an hour Job Summary We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient clinic serving patients in Fort Myers and the surrounding area. You’ll evaluate injuries and mobility concerns, build treatment plans, and guide patients through recovery with clear direction and steady follow-through. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and a patient pace that supports focused clinical work.

Responsibilities

Perform initial assessments and functional evaluations Develop individualized plans of care for each patient Lead treatment sessions with therapeutic exercise, mobility work, and hands-on care Track patient outcomes and update treatment plans as needed Educate patients on recovery goals, home exercises, and injury prevention Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Maintain a professional and welcoming treatment environment Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and treatment planning skills New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match Full benefits If you’re ready for a PT role where quality care is built into the schedule, this could be a great place to grow.
