The Physical Therapist will conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans using manual therapy and exercise. They are responsible for providing one-on-one care, documenting progress, and teaching patients safe movement habits.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent and possess an active Florida Physical Therapist license. While outpatient experience is preferred, new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
Complete evaluations and identify each patient’s movement and function needs Create treatment plans based on patient goals, diagnosis, and progress Provide one-on-one therapy using exercise, manual therapy, and patient education Adjust treatment plans as patients improve or new concerns arise Teach home exercise programs and safe movement habits Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates accurately Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and treatment planning skills New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match Full benefits If you’re ready for a PT role where quality care is built into the schedule, this could be a great place to grow.
