• Pay: $70K–$80K/year DOE + Full Benefits Job Summary We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private outpatient clinic with a manageable patient schedule. In this position, you will help patients work through therapy programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role includes hands-on treatment support, patient education, progress tracking, and clear communication with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans assigned by the Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility work Track progress, tolerance, and treatment response Complete accurate clinical documentation Reinforce safe exercise technique and movement patterns Support daily clinic flow and treatment room readiness Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active New Jersey PTA license Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Build your next career step in a clinic where care is structured, steady, and patient-focused.
