Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth therapy to clients using a secure online platform Complete clinical evaluations and gather relevant client history Establish treatment goals based on client presentation and clinical needs Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and social stressors Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and care updates Reassess treatment plans and adjust interventions when needed Support clients with coping skills, decision-making, communication, and emotional health Follow all applicable privacy, documentation, and telehealth requirements Maintain a professional remote environment for client care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Kentucky LCSW license Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and accuracy Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work environment Consistent weekday schedule If you are ready to bring your clinical social work experience into a professional remote setting, we would be pleased to review your application.
