The Phlebotomy Technician performs venipuncture, capillary blood draws, and diagnostic tests such as EKGs and spirometry to support patient care. They are also responsible for processing specimens, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation standards.
Candidates must possess an active Washington State Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist (MA-P) certification and a High School Diploma or GED. Strong customer service skills and the ability to pass a pre-hire competency test are also required.
