The Occupational Therapy Assistant treats patients under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist to improve mobility, cognition, and daily living functions. They also collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain medical documentation, and provide training to caregivers and facility staff.
Candidates must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to follow treatment plans, and a commitment to professional standards.
