The CT Technologist is responsible for operating scanners to produce diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. They must also maintain equipment, manage patient records, and assist with department support tasks like inventory and training.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be a graduate of an AMA-approved radiography program. Current ARRT registration, state licensure, and CPR certification are required to perform CT procedures independently.

Essential duties and responsibilities: (90%) Patient CT Imaging
(5%) CT/Imaging Department Support
1. Assists with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and software upgrades 2. Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessary 3. Assists with training of new team members, providing resource and technical expertise, as applicable
(5%) Completes other tasks as assigned
