The social worker provides mental health assessments, case management, and therapeutic services to youth in Runaway and Homeless youth programs. They are responsible for implementing care plans and coordinating resources to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required for this position. LMSW or LCSW licensing is preferred.
Under the supervision of the Lead Social Worker, the social worker will be responsible for conducting Intakes, mental health assessments, screenings, Individual Service Plans (ISP), case management and therapeutic services to program participants who access the Runaway and Homeless youth programs (RHY). The social worker is accountable for overseeing and implementing care and resources to meet the physical, emotional, educational, and social needs of the residents within the program.
40hours weekly.
