The Home Care Occupational Therapist will provide OT services to older adults within their home/community environment Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals. Maintain communication with Coordinator to successfully schedule your patients in a timely manner Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.

Candidates must hold a valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist license and possess experience with Medicare billing and documentation. Additionally, they must have current CPR certification and the ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
