The Associate Veterinarian will diagnose and treat diseases and injuries in pets while collaborating with a veterinary team to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities also include performing surgeries, administering vaccinations, and maintaining high standards of patient service.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent and be eligible for a Connecticut state license. At least 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting is preferred, though new graduates will be considered.

Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive annual base salary starting at $130,000 plus production and additional incentive options including a sign-on bonus of up to $100,000 and a relocation bonus if applicable.
