CNA

• The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides daily resident care that is person-centered by customizing care as much as possible.
• The CNA takes into consideration each resident’s ability to make their own choices and having control over his/her daily lives.
• The CNA works under the direction of the LPN/RN and assists the nursing team in maintaining the nursing and resident units.
• Duties may include but are not limited to: bathing, feeding, passing trays, making beds, assisting with ambulation, I&O, weights, and vital signs.
• The CNA is responsible for charting any care given to the resident.
• The CNA is expected to follow the instructions issued by the physician or licensed nurse according to established policies and procedures.

This position is eligible for a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements

30 hours per week - Second Shift

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Every Other Weekend: Valid CNA License in the State of Indiana

BLS/CPR Certification
