As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process according to established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. RNs serve as patient advocates, ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program and hold an active RN Indiana License. CPR certification is required upon hire or must be attained within 60 days, and no prior experience is necessary.
