Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders and develop individualized plans of care. Conduct patient assessments, educate families on safety strategies, and support cognitive and language development.
Must be a graduate of an accredited speech-language pathology program and hold current state licensure. One year of home health experience is preferred.
