The Charge Nurse is responsible for providing direct daily care to residents and supporting patients throughout their recovery process. This role involves maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring the well-being of all individuals in the facility.
The ideal candidate must be a compassionate professional with a strong commitment to excellent patient and resident care. As an LVN, the candidate must hold the necessary nursing credentials to perform clinical duties.
