Locations
The physician will perform surgical procedures, manage patient care, and document medical records in accordance with practice guidelines. They will also participate in medical education, research, and represent the practice at professional committees.
Candidates must be a licensed and board-certified MD with at least 4 years of internship and residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Proficiency in EMR systems and a valid BLS certification are required.

Practice location is in a bedroom community approximately 1 hour from Annapolis and Washington DC. Capture area is approximately 400,000, with average income in the county $88,000. Community is between Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay, with numerous waterfront homes and ample opportunities for boating and water sports.
Initial contract includes starting salary with production bonus, medical and dental coverage, and paid vacation. Agreement for paid call at one hospital, a non-designated trauma center, with minimal trauma. After achieving partnership, applicants will enjoy significant ancillary revenue streams, including imaging, DME, and 3 PT offices, as well as opportunity for ownership in an MSO. Option for ownership in ASC and real estate is also available through separate businesses.

Reporting Relationships The Physician reports directly to the Lead Physician at the assigned Practice and clinic. This role does not currently have direct reports.
