Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Weekend Home Health RN (Registered Nurse) to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes in west Pasco County (New Port Richey, Hudson, Holiday, Trinity, Odessa, and surrounding areas).

PRN Weekend role. Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays). Potential for role to grow into a full-time Weekend Baylor role in the future!

Requires an active Florida RN license and a minimum of one year of direct patient care experience. Prior home health experience and proficiency with Homecare Homebase EMR are strongly preferred.
