The LPN will administer medication as prescribed and provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. They are responsible for documenting care, following care plans, and reporting any abnormal findings or unsafe conditions.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current LPN license from the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is recommended, and the role is open to both experienced nurses and new graduates.
A Licensed Practical Nurse administers resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or a physician to maintain the highest level of resident care.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification recommended.
