The Certified Nursing Assistant performs direct patient care, including assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation. They are also responsible for documenting care, answering call lights, and reporting any abnormal findings or safety concerns to nursing staff.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and must be a State Tested Nurse Aide or willing to complete the training program within four months. Applicants are expected to be compassionate, dependable, and capable of providing high-quality care in a team-oriented environment.
State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant performs direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Is already a State Tested Nurse Aide or will successfully complete and pass a State approved Nurse Aide training program and competency exam within four months of date of hire.
