The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans for adults in residential settings. They are also responsible for training direct care staff and ensuring compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards.
Candidates must hold an active State of Michigan BCBA certification. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs is preferred.
