Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Podiatry Clinic

Forked River, NJ | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Ocean County Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates, a division of US Foot & Ankle Specialists, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Forked River, NJ. In this role, you’ll work closely with physicians to provide high-quality patient care, assist with in-office procedures, and support daily clinic operations in a fast-paced podiatry practice.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Prepare patients for exams by recording vital signs, medical history, and medications
• Assist physicians with in-office procedures including injections, wound care, nail care, and minor surgeries
• Apply dressings, medical strappings, and durable medical equipment (DME)
• Perform or assist with digital X-rays and lab specimen preparation
• Update patient records in the EMR and assist with prescription requests and insurance verification
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and provide follow-up communication
• Maintain clean, stocked, and sterile exam rooms and procedure areas

Required Skills and Experience

• Active LPN license required
• Completion of an accredited LPN program or 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA, EMR systems, and medical terminology
• Willingness to travel between nearby clinic locations if needed

Pay Range

• $30 - $31/hr based on experience
