The Medical Assistant will provide hands-on patient care, assist physicians with minor procedures, and manage clinical documentation in an outpatient podiatry setting. Responsibilities also include maintaining exam rooms, processing insurance verifications, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and either completion of a Medical Assistant program or one year of clinical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong communication skills are required, with CMA or RMA certification preferred.
Cortez Foot & Ankle Specialists, a division of US Foot & Ankle Specialists, is seeking a dependable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our podiatry clinic. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on patient care and assist with in-office procedures while working closely with physicians in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
We offer hands-on training, clinical in-service training, and a supportive team environment, making this a great opportunity for both experienced and newer Medical Assistants.
