Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients using therapeutic exercises and modalities. Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current Indiana Physical Therapist license and a minimum of a bachelor's degree. A current CPR certification is also required for this position.
