The RN is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of patient care within the Emergency Department. They must ensure effective resource utilization and maintain established standards of care while documenting patient needs.
Candidates must have at least one year of acute care or hospital nursing experience and hold a valid nursing license from the West Virginia State Board of Nursing. A BLS certification and graduation from an approved School of Nursing are also required.
One year of RN acute care/hospital experience required. Knowledge of current nursing procedures. BLS required. Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and licensed as required by the West Virginia State Board of Nursing.
